UKIAHHH!

So, we've just returned from our latest basketball tournament in Ukiah, California....approximately 6 1/2 hours away. What a drive we had. We started waking up at around 6:30 in the morning to get ready to go. We went and got a quick breakfast and we right on the road. That's pretty much it for the ride. People listened to their ipods and talked to eachother and slept...me and jasmine found it quite funny to take pictures of people sleeping. We got some great pictures.

We passed through, and even stopped in Oakland for a second! My hometown! We passed by several familiar places and streets. We saw Grand Lake Theater, the cranes over by 10th street, and passed lakeshore- the street that led to my grandma's house. We stopped in my dad's neighborhood and he was just minutes away...

We stopped for food and got Carl's Jr. Some lady saw that there were about 20 people in line so we're pretty sure she made up a lie and said that her daughter was in the hospital and if she could just butt all of us and get two sodas...what a liar! I didn't go in the restroom there but a lot of the girls went in and said it smelt like "death times 3!" as said by Jasmine Green. We got into Ukiah and the first thing we saw were two homeless guys hitchhiking. We saw a lot of them there, Baylee made a joke and said we should just let them come on our bus...coach gave her a really funny look. We got to the hotel and got our rooms keys. I was in a room with Dawnisha, Crystal, Desiree and myself a.k.a. CDCD. Jasmine was in room "204!" with Theresa, Olivia and Mer Mer. - Yea 204! We go Harrrd! The other rooms had Baylee, Ashley and Chino in one and Victoria, Bri, Yeni, Maryssa in the other. It was quite a party. We have great time. We settled in and people napped while I stayed up and watch t.v. before our game. We all got ready and started driving.....

It was dark outside so we couldn't see where we were going and apparently neither did our bus driver. It seemed like were driving forever trying to find the school. When we finnaly got into the parking lot we drove around for a bit trying to find the gym. I guess the driver couldn't see the curb because we sure did hit it hard.

Crazy old man.

He tried to make an excuse: "I'm ahh....." Then coach cut him off immediately with "...on the curb." And instead of backing up, he tried to drive even further on the sidewalk. Because of this incident, the time we were up there we were very cautious while walking on the sidewalk lol.

We got inside the gym and saw a couple of boo boo teams. Some of us thought they were high school. The game started and we were down. We didn't bring our 'A' game to the first half. At half time we could hear the other team celebrating their 3 poitn lead over us....big deal. We came out with fire the second half. Has some good plays and shots and came out on top. We beat them by nine.

After the game half of us went staright to Applebees while the other half went to Jack 'N the Box. CJproductions was in the group that went to Applebees, so we don't know what fun entailed elsewhere, nor do we care! lol

When we entered to be seated Dawn saw this kid and told him "We haven't seen dark meat in a long time!" He smiled. He was so happy and giddy. We nicknamed him 'Choc'. We really treated all the guys out there like pieces of meat...I mean c'mon, we have nothing but Taft guys and eye candy to look at. Mmmmn...there were also the boys from Redwoods. OH BOY!!! :) We got dinner and eye candy that night. We sang happy birthday to the cutest eye candy. His name was Dom. Our waitress..oh Christine's bad, our waitor was...interesting.

We got our fill, and we had to walk back to the hotel, how messed up right?

We walked up stairs and ran into these guys from Lassen. They were kinda weird. We searched and searched for the bus driver so we could get our bags off of the bus. During that time we met an Aussie, witnessed a nearly phyiscal altercation between two of the other girl teams, and ran into the Lassen kids sevral times. We introduced ourselves to them with fake aliases. My name was Rebecka. Christine was just Christine...she didn't want to play, lol.

We had cerfew at 11, so we all turned in at 11.

In 204 we watched tv untill we fell asleep. Mer mer had the remote and fell asleep will holding it. She was snoring real loud and then all of a sudden woke up and started changing channels. Then fell back asleep. Me and Theresa just looked at each other.

Meanwhile in 201...they just went to sleep.

The next day we got up and went down to breakfast as a team...finally! We were all just conversing with eachother about who said what in their sleep and who was snoring. We had a meeting in the coaches room. We got our money for the day and all went back into our rooms. Oh yes, there was a WAL-MART in Ukiah so we took many trips over there. We all got ready for the day which was going to consist of watching basketball and more basketball. Our bus driver was kinda getting annoying giving us a play-by-play of what he was going to do...we don't care.

We got to the gym and the bus driver wanted to drive into the DO NOT ENTER! part. We all hurried out of the bus because we didn't want to get embarrassed by him. We walked into the gym and watch Lassen and Mendo play. Mendo was getting killed. We just wanted to watch "some dunks, some blocks, and some steals." (Jasmine) The boys teams started warming up and they didn't look too good. They didn't play good either.(Jessica just walked into my room as I'm typing this blog). We wanted to leave sooo bad and so we went to 7huyhupkottujijnim Denny's and again had a weird waitress. Jasmine had breakfast and I had zesty nachos.

After Denny's we went back to the hotel and we all napped while Christine sat out and watched the construction next door. Woke up around 6 and left for the gym. We arrived and the Woods were playing in the championship game. So nice! There was this big guy, very BIG! He was 6'9 and looked like he could've been 300 lbs. He was good and so was eye candy Dom. However, they lost and we never saw the Woods ever again.

Our game started early. We lost that game but should've won. End of story. Christine is being mean...soooo mean. It's hurting Jess's feelings. She just hopped onto her bunk and gave Jess the dirtiest look ever. How ruuudddeee!! Jess is quite bummed now and is exiting the room.

We got back to the hotel and Christine, Des, and I walked over to Jack "N the box. We ate the food in 201. And then Theresa and Olivia wanted me to go to Wal-Mart with them. We got back and went to sleep.

The next day was checkout day. We had breakfast in the lobby again. It was pretty chill. We packed the rest of our stuff and piled into the bus, but not before a couple quick rounds of dare and bed jumping. We were the first game that day. We sucked some more, but held on. In the second half a bat was flying around the gym. The game was stopped for a bit and everyone was going crazy. It was pretty fun actually.

We ended up winning, duh! So that put us in third place. We could've killed in this tourney but just didn't put in enough work. We got on the bus and headed off for.....Taft.

We stopped for dinner at In N Out and it was bomb..we got hats and took a couple pictures. We got on the bus and me and Jasmine had a little dance party on the bus. The bus driver was crazy and ran threw a stop sign. We got back to Taft safely and were wide awake. We came into the T Dorms yelling "wake up T Dorms" a couple people got mad. Me Jas Victoria and Des walked over to 7 11 and we came back and chilled until we went to sleep.

and that's what happened now and TODAY!!

Corn Dogs and Eye Candy

HelllloooOOOOOOOOO!!! We're are back.

Back again!

So you may have noticed that we haven't been on for weeks. Sorry about that.

A lot has happened. We started playing basketball, for real.

Our very first game was in the Pasadena tournament. We played some team called Cypress..not even all that great. But we got smashed. It was just the first game jitters and our first game together. But we ended up losing the second game too, by ten points.

We had our first home game earlier this week. We smashed Allan Hancock. Then LA Southwest came and thought they were the business, which they weren't...they won :(

Our last game for this week was against San Diego City and that's when we realized that, although we are a fresh team, we could do big things this season.

We have our next tournament this weekend in Ukiah...wherever the heck that is. It's about a six hours away. We are all excited to get outta Taft and stay in a HOTEL!!!!!

The TIL's don't freak us out anymore.....

Today I went to breakfast with Victoria, Des, Olivia, and Michelle. We ended up smuggling the whole cafeteria back to the T Dorms. We plan on making smoothies later.

Christine and Baylee got back from church and everyone went into homework mode.

Then we went to Linner. We had corndogs. And I got a side of Eye Candy..Mhmmmnm

Tonight the six pack went out for pizza. We got a little dressed, nothing too fancy.































The night ended with multiple games of dare.

What a Day...NOT!

We were late for breakfast. Christine and Baylee had Psych and I went back to the room to finish taking out my hair. Christine came to get me for work but I decided not to go. We seem to be doing more and more sitting around. Lunch came and I skipped but the others went. We ate outside because the cafeteria was filled up..We had hamburgers which were pretty good.

I stopped doing my hair to go to class while the others sat around some more. My last class was health. We just watched a movie that was a half an hour long. We went to dinner and had nachos that were kinda gross. Dawn started to braid the rest of my hair. I had Baylee work at the volleyball game for me. The volleyball game was sad. Taft looked like they were going to pull out a win every game but fell short every time. They lost 3 games to 0. We came back to see that Dawn was still braiding Jasmine's hair. She was just about done. They finished watching Lord of the Rings. Dawn had to go to work so Jasmine and Baylee sat in her room and watched Beauty and the Beast. Jay came over and we studied for psychology. Jasmine's hair was finally done! It looks sooo good.

Yeah, so some people came oveff and before you know it Ray was over here freaking out. They all left but Ray didn't. He knocked on everyone's window and told us that we had to have our windows closed. The night died down and we all hit the hay.

Tuesday Tuesday...the 20th of October

We got up and went to breakfast like usual. We came back and waited for work to come around. We went to work and cleaned up the girls locker room and the weight room. We came back and sat. Jasmine continued to take out her hiar. I didn't see her much.

We went to lunch and had nasty "open face roast beef sandwiches." Sounds absoutely disgusting. I just had mashed potatoes and gravy but Jasmine and Baylee said that the roast beef was okay. After lunch we split and Jasmine had class. Baylee and I went to the soccer game. We scootered over there. It was an intense game and we pulled through with a 1-0 win. We scootered over to Albertsons and got treats. We rode back and sat...again.. Jasmine continued to take her hair out. We went to dinner and then came back and oh....sat. How boring, how boring. Jasmine and Bri had class so they didn't have to practice. Practice was good. We played a lot of the time. Practice ended and we came back to the dorms and talked until we went to sleep.

I want to congratulate the Davis Girls soccer team for their victory against Viewmont. They play in the finals on Friday at 7:00 p.m. at Rio Tinto underneath the lights against Alta. Best of luck to them! They'll do great.

Mun daaaaayyyyyy

BREAKFAST!!! Hmmm, happened first. It was pretty alright. Baylee and I had psych and we had a lecture. We didn't have to go into work until 9:30 and when we did we did our job and got back to our dorms. Jasmine continued to take out her hair and I chilled in my room. We went to lunch and had chicken strips. They were dang good. Bri wasn't feeling the best so we got her lunch-to-go. Jasmine went to class and I went back and took a nap. It felt sooo nice. Health class was canceled so Jasmine started to get her hair re-braided. We went to weights and actually worked out. We went to dinner and got it to go cuz we had practice. Nothing big we just got our new shoes. They're adidas pro-models. A couple of little arguments broke out but they were all settled. We came back and sat in my room and talked. People kept coming in and talking. Jasmine continued to take her hair out. The night kinda just ended.




















AND that's what happened now and today!

Sss....Aw Heck, Sunday!

So we had returned late from Six Flags early in the morning, so everyone was TIRED! Christine and Baylee were late to church. I woke up at 9:30 and went to breakfast...alone! At church after sacrament meeting, Baylee was greeted by a man. He wanted to know if she could have an interview with the bishop. That only means one thing...Church ended and the girls waited to see what was up with Baylee. Ha, she has been called to serve as the Young Single Adult President AND she has to speak next week. All of the girls are going to come and support and listen to her. After church we went over to grab Michael for lunch at the Pease's. We had burgers...but they were thick, pink burgers. Not the best. The cream soda tasted weird but all in all it was a home cooked meal and we appreciated it. We came back and Jasmine came and said hi. (Jasmine) I came back and got word that Dawn was going to start doing my hair the next day. Yay! The Utahs came back from church and we all sat around. I started taking my hair out.

The next thing that we remember is linner. It was NASTAAY!
It was some pork chop thing with cold peppered mac n' cheese. Like Jasmine said, NASTTAYY!
Jasmine continued to take her hair out and we sat around conversing with eachother. Some of the baseball boys came in and greeted us and said hello.

Baylee had some serious english homework to finish.



I continued to take my hair out while the others continued to sit around.
Christine was going crazy as usual and so she wanted to try something new. She was going to try to jump onto her top bunk from the stools...lets see if she made it:


I think we took a break and thats when we went to 7 eleven to get a movie- Ghost of Girlfriends Past. It wasn't the best movie.



It was bedtime. The day was un-productive.



And that's what happened NOW AND TODAY...

MAGIC MOUNTAIN!!!!

The day started off with breakfast. It was good. We came back and got ready for MAGIC MOUNTAIN! We were all getting excited. We went over to the SU and signed our waver and got ready to get onto the bus. We loaded onto the bus. Jasmine and me on one row, Baylee and Bri on another. Theresa was right in front of us and we had the tv right in front of us. We started driving and watched Collateral. It was crazy weird.

We FINALLY GOT OUTTA TAFT!!!!! We kept driving onto Los Angeles and got off the exit to Magic Mountain.

Us four and Theresa startd off going on a pretty boring roller coaster compared to the other ones we went on. We went on Tatsu, one of the best ones. It was wicked. When you ride your stomach is parallel with the ground. We walked around and stopped for food.

We headed over to Goliath. You drop for 7 seconds straight and then go on plenty of twists and turns. It was great.

We stopped for a bit and watched the 3 point contest. There were a couple of people that won a jersey and some that did horrible. Theresa tried it and got a teddy bear. Theresa went with the soccer players and so us four, went onto Collases. It was fun because Jasmine was recording the ride on her camera. It was so great.

We went on it again and then we went on scream! It was a blast. One of the other fun ones.

The girls wanted ice cream so we stopped and got Dip-n-dots and were off to The Riddler but the line was so long so we ventured over to Deja Vu and waited for quite a while. It was hecka fun though.

Our time was coming to a close and we wanted to go on X2 so we went over and waited in line for quite a while. Bri was feeling sick so she waited for us. We waited for about 1 hr and 15 minutes. X2 was sick! You are turning and flipping and don't know where you are the whole time. My voice hurt so bad after that. We went to go get our souveniors and to go get funnel cakes and pictures. We all bought sick looking shirts and got pictures. They're cute. We headed out of the park and waited for the bus. Baylee did her high pitched voice and we were all cracking up. We got onto the bus and we put our Ipod's in and were out. We got back at about two in the morning and headed right to bed!

AND thats what happened NOW and TODAY.

Freaky Friday

Well you probably know how the beginning started off. I went to class and then to work. We came back and chilled until lunch. Anyway we couldn't remember what we had but whatever we had was probably disgusting. Jasmine had sociology and Baylee and I had taping so we dispersed. We had a mid-term in taping and I think we did pretty good. We walked up to Chase Bank to go put money in Baylee's account and cash my check and then we were off to the girls soccer game.

The game was okay. The girls should of creamed the other team. They lost 4-0. We got a ride back with Max and then we were off to weights. I actually lifted and am sore from it but it was good. We thought we missed dinner so we rushed over to the cafeteria and made it in time. We had pizza and it was dang good.

After dinner we had to go work the volleyball game. It's breast cancer awareness month so to get in we had to wear pink and donate money. It was a good volleyball game. We came out strong in the first game and then second we fell two points short. But came back in the third and fourth game to win the match. Some of the baseball boys were chanting and Champ was dancing.. Awkward..yes! As we were going back to the dorms we played Whip-the-heck again. It was great. Baylee got me good and i had a "G" marked onto my arm. We got back to the dorms and sat around trying to find something to do.

I was texting Jay and he invited us over to watch a movie. We watch transformers and it wasssss frood. I liked it a lot. We came back to the dorms and went to sleep.

And thats WHAT HAPPENED now and today!

Terrific Thursday

Since we went to bed so late the night before we kinda took our time waking up. We got ready and went to breakfast. We went to work but Bruce wasn't there so we came back and went to sleep. It was a wonderful nap. We woke up and went to lunch. We had chili colorado. NASTAYYY! Jasmine had math so she wen to class. I came back and sat. Hmmmm...kinda what I always do. It's pretty boring here. And I'm starting to get sick of it.

On a brighter note, we went to dinner and had chili dogs. Not the best but we ate them. We came back into our dorms and watched youtube videos I believe. The days are all mixed together so we can't really remember what happened the day before.

I had to go to class so I left. I dunno what the other girls did. Class was good we took some notes and talked about our next speech. My teacher gave us our mid-term test to do at home and then let us leave. Practice had only been going for about half an hour so I went into the gym and decided to go change. Practice was good. We shot a whole lot. We watched game film from last year. We're gonna have a lot of fun this year, running and pushing the ball up the court and shooting A LOT. I'm pumped.

We left from practice and came and chilled in the room. We can't quite remember what we did except Jasmine made my hair a Christmas Tree and put 15 pens and 1 pencil in my hair. Jasmine told me not to move so I didn't move for about 7 minutes. We watched youtube videos, Jeff Dunham and others. We stay up pointlessly. Past 12. We don't know why...that is all.

And That's What Happened Now And TODAY!

HARLEM STARZZZZ

Just wanted to start off saying we are CREEPS! Straight creeps. We like to creep anybody...from our good friends, Golden, Desiree, Bri, Victoria, Granny's and even the HARLEM STARZ! The day was pretty boring until nighttime. We went to work and did a dang good job of sweepin and mopping the gym floor. It looked like we waxed it. The players even said it looked good. We went to health and had a funny conversation about fish and about how Jasmine is allergic to fish (which had no point to the conversation) and we talked about how much you should typically gain while pregnant and Jasmine said 100 lbs. 100 lbs!? lol

Anyways, we went to dinnner and went straight over to the gym so we could start getting ready to sell concessions. It was crazy. Girls on the same team should never work together...thats about all for that. It was a busy night for concessions and sold a lot. We got into the gym and saw them warming up and such.

Our group had our shift in concessions then we retired back to the gym. It was packed...the whole town of Taft was probably there lol, just kidding. It was packed though. They had their little entrance routine.

And then the game started. They were kinda sloppy but overall entertaining.

There was this little kid jerking...Amazing!!!

And we even got Stefan dancing.

We creeped real hard that night.

Olivia played in game against little children and amost took out one of the Harlem Starz.

There were some pretty sweet, high flying dunks.

The game ended and everyone stood around got autographs and pictures.

There was a party that was lame as crap. I came back and me and Baylee decided to go on a walk. I learned how to jerk. We started walking back and got freaked out by a cat and then we danced in the road recordin our shadows. It was pretty fun. Little did we know, Jasmine was walking back from the party and watching us dance...can i say embarrassing!? We walked back with her and got ready for bed. Max came in and talked to us. I nodded off but Baylee stayed awake talking to him til about 2:40. We got rest...Sweet Dreams...or a Beautiful Nightmare.

It's Whatever

Tuesday was just boring. We did go to the student union though, where it was crackin'. We wrote in the blog and played a huge game of pool with two sets of balls. Jasmine once again took another pair of glasses. She's really starting a collection. We had another special dancing guest. Practice was okay. I really don't like the 5 dribbles. We came back and boys came over. It was stupid. I dislike TAFT!
